About the Role
AT SHOE PALACE WE RUN. WE SELL. WE HAVE FUN! DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES? The role is for a manager or assistant manager who will lead the store, drive sales, and ensure customers have an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities- Hire, manage, and motivate the team to operate at a high level
- Drive and create sales by delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales goals
- Ensure customers receive the ultimate experience from your team
- Lead by example and follow all policies and procedures at all times
- High school or equivalent education
- 1‑3 years of retail management experience
- People skills to grow your team
- Desire to work hard and be successful
- Computer savvy
- Honesty and loyalty
- Experience selling athletic shoes (preferred)
- Experience working with a growing company (preferred)
- Preferred: 2 years of retail management experience
Pay Range: $20.00 – $20.00.
