Pepper Palace is looking for highly motivated, fun-loving seasonal team members to support us. This is a seasonal position, with opportunities to move to year-round based on performance and availability.

Who we are looking for:

We love people who like food and love people. You have a positive attitude, adventurous spirit, and are awesome at multi-tasking. Bonus points for flexibility/adaptability. You must be 18 years or older, and be able to work a flexible retail schedule that includes nights and weekends. This is a part-time position (less than 30 hours weekly average). The physical demands of the job include extended periods of standing/walking, climbing ladders/step stools, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, and the ability to stoop and bend.

How you will make an impact:

Your primary responsibility is to create fun, exciting, and cool experiences for our guests while educating them on our award-winning products. Bottom line - if we don't put a smile on every guest's face, we haven't done our job. Our mission is to rid the world of the ordinary and to spice up the culinary game with top-notch products that pack a punch and unrivaled flavor!

The seasonal sales associate will support the store management team by generating sales, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, and POS operations.
