You will make an impact by:

  • Be a Techie:
Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology for production decisions, merchandise ordering, training, and product quality with members in mind.
  • Be an Owner:
Commit to operational excellence by maintaining your work area, ensuring quality and date‑control standards for bakery items, securing fragile merchandise, eliminating waste, assisting members with purchasing decisions, and packaging, labeling and storing merchandise properly.
  • Be a Talent Ambassador:
Advocate for the department and the club by valuing the member’s experience in the bakery area, modeling high‑quality service and products, executing the basics at the highest possible level of quality, and exhibiting energy, commitment, and passion for the work.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and using the Open Door Policy in all business processes.
