• Opening and closing the bakery
• Supervising & helping team members as needed
• Crafting cakes
• Handling cash & deposits
• Providing excellent customer service and handling guest concerns
• Training and coaching team members
• Monitoring productivity and keeping the team on schedule
• Ensuring cleanliness, organization, and safety standards are being followed
• Managing inventory, restocking supplies, and reporting shortages
• Assisting with covering shifts when needed
• Following company policies and helping enforce them
• Communicating important updates between management and staff
• Stepping in to support daily operations

Saturday: 10am-7pm
Sunday: 11am-4pm
