As a Produce Clerk you will live our name daily by handling, preparing, and merchandising farm‑fresh produce. You will stock the Produce department, ensuring proper presentation, facing, filling, and organization of all product items according to schematics, and maintaining tag and pricing accuracy. You will also rotate merchandise, trim, water, and maintain product quality, manage inventory control, and answer customer questions with friendliness and helpfulness.

• Using a knife (other than safety cutters)
• Using a ladder
• Operating garbage or cardboard compactor
• Operating any motor or electronically powered equipment (including manual pallet jacks)
• Working in coolers or freezers for prolonged periods of time

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Dependable and reliable with a flexible schedule, including night, weekends, and holidays.
• Show mutual respect for others and maintain high‑level ethics in a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture.
• Maintain a positive attitude and interact well with customers.
• Have good communication skills, take direction, and thrive in a team environment.
• Perform repetitive activities, multitask, prioritize, and stay organized.
• Stand, walk, bend, climb throughout the day; lift, stack, and maneuver up to 50 lbs. from 4” to 72” within 3 feet for extended periods; maneuver a utility cart holding 20 lbs. requiring up to 35 lbs. for up to 2 hours; walk up to 5 miles in an 8‑hour shift.
• Adhere to all safety, health, OSHA, and Weights and Measures regulations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
