Do you have a knack for helping people, following recipes and staying organized? Our Bakery/Packager associates prepare fresh baked items daily for our members through recipes, wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise to ensure the freshest items are available. The bakery team works in a fast‑paced environment, juggling multiple tasks while assisting members with their bakery orders. This role rewards dedication, teamwork, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with associates to build a strong bakery team, communicate with teammates, and be flexible to meet business needs.
• Be an Expert: Prepare bakery merchandise based on daily production needs, operate baking equipment, follow recipes, wrap, label, store, maintain hygiene, and ensure compliance with food safety and inventory standards.
• Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and support associate engagement through handheld technology.
• Be an Owner: Maintain operational excellence, quality control, waste elimination, and customer support for purchasing decisions.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and club by delivering high‑quality service, modeling professionalism, and exhibiting energy and passion.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics, and execute business processes with integrity.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. The actual rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage.
