Ecommerce Jewelry Lister - Campus

Store eCommerce Campus — 4005 Campus Drive, Fort Worth, Texas

FT (40 hrs per week). Days and hours vary; 2 days off per week.

$14.82 per hour

Evaluate and authenticate jewelry by identifying materials, gemstones, hallmarks, craftsmanship, and overall marketability. Conduct appropriate testing for all jewelry such as precious metal, gemstones and diamonds to accurately determine composition and value. Assess merchandise quality and condition and determine the most appropriate disposition in accordance with established standard operating procedures. Research and accurately describe specialty and higher‑value items, applying market knowledge and keyword optimization to maximize visibility and sale value.

Consistently meet productivity and accuracy benchmarks while maintaining high standards of evaluation and documentation. Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient workspace that supports accuracy and productivity. Adhere to all eCommerce, safety, and operational policies established by Goodwill North Central Texas. Demonstrate professionalism and positive communication with customers, clients, coworkers, and leadership. Other duties as assigned.

• Proficient in Windows PC use and typing.
• Experience listing fine or estate jewelry for online resale (eBay, Shopify, auction platforms, etc.) highly preferred.
• Ability to determine value and functionality of donated items without supervision.
• Strong knowledge of jewelry, gemstones and precious metals, with ability to quickly identify items.
• Meet established production goals to fit department needs.
• Detail oriented and work both rapidly and efficiently.
• Ability to learn and use all tools necessary to perform job duties including weight scales, gemstone tester, precious metal analyzer, flat beds, hand trucks, etc.
• Understand and follow directions well.

• Walking, stooping, standing, reaching 6 feet or taller, pulling, pushing, and lifting 50 pounds consistently; some heavier lifting with assistance.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work in a warehouse setting with noise, temperature extremes, dust.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Sufficient eyesight and manual dexterity to differentiate and classify items.
• Stand consistently throughout the workday and be mobile within the facility.

Documentation to satisfy I‑9 requirements, pass background, drug screen and physical examination.
