Project Engineer Sr Stf

Responsibilities

Serve as the senior financial and performance authority for designated control accounts within Mission Systems ADP. Lead the development, execution, and monitoring of Earned-Value Management (EVM) processes to ensure program cost, schedule, and technical performance remain within approved baselines and to provide actionable insight to senior leadership.

• U.S. Citizenship (with ability to obtain or maintain required security clearance)
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)

• Proficiency with EVM tools such as Primavera P6
  
  EVM, Deltek Costpoint, or SAP Project System
• Strong Excel/Power-BI modeling and data-analysis skills
• Working knowledge of DoD EVM standards (ANSI/EIA-748, DoD
  5000.02) and related acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS)
• Effective communication ability—both written and oral—to present complex performance data to technical and senior leadership audiences
• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams

This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. citizen for consideration.
