Job Overview

Floral Merchandiser – Part‑Time.

Location:

Various within your territory.

Pay: $17.00 per hour.

Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:00 AM–12:30 PM;
Saturday 7:00 AM–11:30 AM.

• Paid training to become expert in flower handling.
• Mobile phone allowance.
• Transportation expense reimbursement per route.

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use mobile device to communicate with supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support during key festive dates such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas.
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Support teammates with special activities when needed.

• Lift and move boxes up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.

• At least 18 years old.
• Read, write, and understand English instructions.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November–May).
