As a Retail Selling Colleague, you blend results‑driven selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You use product knowledge, personalized recommendations, and customer engagement to drive sales, meet targets, and inspire loyalty.

This role goes far beyond being a cashier. It focuses on the customer, their experience, and the team that supports them.

• Begin each day energized, greet teammates, perform a floor check, and review sales goals.
• Offer a warm welcome, maintain eye contact, and engage in friendly conversations to build customer relationships.
• Keep the sales floor and fitting rooms shoppable by recovering the floor, updating signs, and moving merchandise as needed.
• Finish strong by sharing loyalty program benefits, ensuring customers have what they need, and thanking them by name.
• Support teammates with honesty, care, and collaboration to better serve customers and the community.
• Continuously improve performance, achieve sales goals, and learn from peers to deliver individual and store results.

Full‑time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part‑time colleagues are scheduled 12–24 hours per week. Weekend shifts are required. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Can:
• Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
• Comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
• Meet daily sales goal challenges.
• Enjoy learning about people and sharing information.
• Resourceful, eager to start new ventures, and adapt to changing priorities, working independently while thriving in team dynamics.
• Comfortable using electronic devices.

• Talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
• Stand for at least two consecutive hours, lift at least 25 lbs, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach, including above eye level.
• Maintain close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Frequently use computers and handheld technology, including the cash register and transaction processing.
