Provide customers with fresh products that they have ordered and the correct portion size to prevent shrink.;
Prepare bakery items per customer requests using proper bakery equipment.;
Answers customer or associate questions on the telephone or in person and provides information and assistance for any and all cake decorating orders.;
Responsible for keeping track of inventory pertaining to cake or pastry including product needs to produce or fill, supplies, kits, rings and any items needed for special orders.;
Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines.
