Position: (USA) Stocking 2 Coach

Lead and develop store teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates, touring stores, and providing feedback; communicate and collaborate with all levels of associates on store operations, merchandising, and company direction; implement and lead company change efforts with clear expectations and guidance; deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues; drive store area sales and profitability by managing budgets, PL statements, inventory, and merchandising;

supervise hourly associates including hiring, training, mentoring, performance management, and recognizing contributions; build relationships with stakeholders and promote continuous learning; ensure policy compliance and Open Door policy adherence; foster a culture of belonging and teamwork; adapt plans to meet customer and business needs while pursuing Growth and operational excellence..
