Responsibilities:

* Enter, update, and verify accuracy of information in Pricebook system, including costing and retail values;

* Ensure changes in promotional and rebate programs are reflected in Pricebook system for accurate accounting and vendor reconciliation;

* Maintain vendor items with standard and promotional cost information;

* Build rules and price zones in Pricebook to accurately reflect the needs of the business;

* Enter and audit EDI invoicing information and ensure accuracy in the system;

* Work in partnership with Pricebook and Category Managers on upcoming pricing changes and strategies;

* Work with IT department to provide support to stores on correct pricing procedures; and

* Review data to identify and proactively troubleshoot potential issues.

Qualifications:

* Associates Degree or a combination of equivalent education and retail operations required;

* Minimum three years' retail operations experience required, convenience store retail operations preferred;

* Preferred knowledge and use of Pricebook module in PDI Enterprise at both store and host level;

* Preferred SQL database knowledge;

* Analytical acumen and problem solving skills;

* High attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously;

* Strong written and verbal communication;

* Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills with advanced Excel skills required.
