- Responsibilities:
Assist store functions and day-to-day store activities;
Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions/concerns;
Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor;
Perform opening and closing procedures;
Process corporate directives and maintain records including payroll, scheduling, and cash deposits;
Maintain displays and stockroom organization to company standards;
Protect and secure store assets including cash;
Adhere to policies and safety guidelines and ensure staff follow them;
Help Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates;
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the store environment
