Make the Merch as Good as the Workout
If you live and breathe fitness, athleisure, and great retail, this might be your dream job.
We're looking for a Retail Merchandising & Procurement Manager to own the retail experience across a rapidly growing boutique Pilates brand. You'll decide what goes on the shelves, work with vendors to get it there, help studios merchandise it beautifully, and use sales and inventory data to make smart buying decisions.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can spot the next trend, negotiate with a vendor, crunch the numbers, and still care about whether the display looks damn good.
What You'll Own- Build retail assortments that feel fresh, relevant, and completely on-brand.
- Source apparel, accessories, and branded products from vendors and manufacturers.
- Negotiate pricing, quantities, timelines, and terms.
- Manage inventory, forecasting, reorders, and retail purchasing.
- Research fitness, fashion, athleisure, and consumer trends and turn them into great product ideas.
- Create merchandising plans, visual guidelines, and retail setups for studios.
- Partner with Marketing, Design, Operations, and Fitness teams on launches and promotions.
- Support new studio openings with initial inventory and merchandising setup.
- Work directly with franchisees to help them sell more and merchandise better.
- Train studio teams on product knowledge, merchandising, and retail selling.
- Travel to studios, vendor meetings, openings, and industry events as needed.
- You have 4+ years in merchandising, buying, procurement, retail operations, or inventory management.
- You understand fitness, athleisure, apparel, or boutique retail.
- You have an eye for what looks good and an understanding of what actually sells.
- You're comfortable negotiating with vendors and managing the numbers behind the merchandise.
- You can move between strategy and execution without needing someone to tell you what to do next.
- You're highly organized and can keep a lot of moving pieces on track.
- You genuinely like fitness and wellness brands and understand the customer.
- Pilates familiarity is a major plus.
- Hybrid role — minimum 2 days per week at our Fort Worth headquarters
- Up to 25% travel
- Growing brand + growing retail program
- Opportunity to make a visible impact across the entire franchise system
