We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Roofing Sales person to join our sales team and drive revenue growth in multi-site residential and commercial roofing and waterproofing services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, a competent understanding of the roofing industry, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves joining an existing high energy team of sales representatives, developing strategic sales plans, and building long-term client relationships.
Reports to: Director of Sales
Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Strategy- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial clients.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and consultations to assess client needs.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through project completion.
- Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and installation teams to ensure project alignment.
- Oversee the preparation of bids, proposals, and contracts.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure client satisfaction.
- Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Use CRM tools to manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Proven experience in roofing, construction sales (5+ years preferred).
- 2+ years in a sales or leadership role.
- Knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
