Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Roofing Sales person to join our sales team and drive revenue growth in multi-site residential and commercial roofing and waterproofing services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, a competent understanding of the roofing industry, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves joining an existing high energy team of sales representatives, developing strategic sales plans, and building long-term client relationships.

Reports to: Director of Sales

Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Strategy
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.
Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial clients.
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and consultations to assess client needs.
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through project completion.
Operational Coordination
  • Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and installation teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Oversee the preparation of bids, proposals, and contracts.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure client satisfaction.
Reporting & Analysis
  • Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Use CRM tools to manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience in roofing, construction sales (5+ years preferred).
  • 2+ years in a sales or leadership role.
  • Knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Attributes
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
