Salary: $62,000-$88,000 per year
Base Pay + Uncapped Commission + Tips

Full-Time (Includes Saturdays & Evenings)

This is a "Player-Coach" training role: you will learn our high-ticket sales system, master studio operations, and (if you crush your metrics) fast-track into a Studio Partner (Manager) role.

- You will guide clients through the whitening process, perform the treatment, and turn single-visit customers into long-term members.
- You aren't just checking people in. You are responsible for hitting daily sales targets through upsells and product attachments.
- You will assist the Studio Partner in maintaining a 5-star facility cleanliness, inventory, and operational excellence are part of the game.
- High-Pressure Sales
-Timeshare, Solar, Pest Control, or Alarm Sales. - Membership Sales
- Project Management
-Managers who are used to managing high-ticket invoices and customer expectations.
- Saturdays are Mandatory:
This is retail. We make money when people are off work. If you can't work Saturdays, this isn't for you. - Performance Matters:
We measure everything (Close rate, Average Ticket, Reviews). If you don't like being held accountable to a number, you won't like it here.
