Outside Sales Representative – Straight Commission

Local Radio + Digital Advertising Sales

BRND Media is hiring a commission-only outside salesperson to sell advertising packages for BRND Radio and BRND Media.

This is real sales.
No salary. No safety net. No hand-holding.

You will be selling advertising packages to local Fort Worth-area businesses, including:

• Restaurants
• Furniture stores
• Auto shops
• Trades and service companies
• Family‑owned businesses

Your work happens in person, in the real world.

You will:

• Walk into businesses
• Start conversations
• Present value
• Ask for the sale
• Follow up
• Close

That’s it. No fluff.

• You need a guaranteed paycheck
• You expect leads to be handed to you
• You’re uncomfortable walking into businesses unannounced
• You dislike rejection
• You’ve ever ghosted an employer, client, or interview

• You believe in commission-based income
• You want unlimited earning potential
• You are disciplined without being babysat
• You can hear “no” and keep moving
• You take pride in showing up and following through

Sales experience helps, but grit and consistency matter more than a resume.

• 100% commission
• Paid on closed deals
• No cap on earnings

If you sell, you get paid.
If you don’t, you don’t.

That’s the deal.

• Must live in or near Fort Worth, TX
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Must be comfortable working independently
• Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally

We do not hire based on resumes alone.

Final candidates will complete a short paid trial period to confirm effort, follow-through, and fit.

If you can’t show up and execute, this role will not continue.
