We are seeking a driven and relationship‑focused Outside Sales Representative to join our team at SIPS Healthcare Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for building sponsorship and vendor partnerships for Scrub

BALL and other strategic events.

This opportunity is ideal for a sales professional who thrives on networking, enjoys working with healthcare leaders, and wants to make an impact while earning high‑performance commission income.

• Prospect and identify new sponsorship and vendor sales opportunities
• Present and promote sponsorship packages and vendor table sales for Scrub
  
  BALL and other healthcare events
• Leverage your professional network of business owners, healthcare professionals, executives, and organizational leaders to drive sales
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
• Represent SIPS Healthcare Solutions and its events professionally in all interactions

• Strong existing network of business owners, healthcare professionals, executives, and decision‑makers (required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable prospecting and closing sales with executives and business leaders
• Passion for healthcare, events, or community engagement is a plus
• Business casual dress code
