Sales Representative - Fort Worth

The Law Office of Bryan Fagan is growing and we are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative/Ambassador to join our dynamic Intake team. The ideal candidate will be one of the first points of contact for prospective clients, responsible for evaluating and qualifying leads, and guiding them through the initial, legal intake process.

• Complete high volume and prompt client communication via phone, email, and online channels to explain our legal services.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
• Conduct initial consultations to gather information and determine potential clients’ legal needs.
• Schedule appointments with attorneys for qualified leads.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Use CRM software, preferably Hub Spot, and be computer proficient with MS Office or Google Suite.
• Handle all administrative tasks timely and accurately: data entry, prepare and send documents, report on lead conversion, etc.
• Maintain strong and concise communication with internal teams regarding leads.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in a legal intake specialist role or similar customer‑facing sales role that is highly customer‑service focused.
