Inside Sales Representative

Job Title

Inside sales representative will concentrate on qualifying inbound leads and converting them into sales. They will also participate in targeted outbound campaigns to help move our larger fleet.

• Closed sales – sell inventory generated by the fleet advisor team. Jointly own quarterly GTV goals and post‑lead funnel optimization.
• Sales velocity – reduce time from lead to sale.
• Customer satisfaction – ensure machine sales go smoothly for the buyer, NPS > 8 after 3 months.
• Price realization – ensure final sales prices do not degrade to reserve, target price > 1.5× liquidation value.
• Voice of customer – funnel product/service feedback to product teams to ensure continuous improvement.
• Systems – build systems and processes for the inside sales team.

• Inside sales skills – comfortable negotiating, strong two‑way communication skills, high natural optimism, good CRM hygiene. Pattern of exceeding quota.
• Tech savvy – enthusiastic tech tool user, can articulate how the CRM augments the sales process and outreach.
• Machine knowledge/industry background – nice to have, can be built over time.
• Partners, not traders – high integrity, act as a partner, become a true business partner for customers.
• Get in the cab – show personal ownership of customer experience issues and team performance. Looking for “we succeeded because” and “I failed because” type statements.
• Get your hands dirty – no job is too small for the customer, not afraid to do as well as lead.
• Build bigger – eye toward increasing performance and hunger to outperform. Startup experience a plus. Pattern of success and achievement. Strong desire and need to win.
