$56,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses

Corner Stone Professional Placement is seeking an Account Executive for a growing organization in Fort Worth, TX. This is a true full-cycle sales opportunity where you'll generate new business, build relationships with decision-makers, close deals, and grow a book of business.

The organization is investing heavily in growth and looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn, embrace coaching, and build a long-term career in sales. No industry experience is required. We're looking for competitive, driven individuals with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a desire to succeed in a performance-based environment.

• Prospect and identify new business opportunities
• Make outbound calls and connect with prospective customers
• Schedule and conduct sales meetings and presentations
• Manage opportunities throughout the sales process
• Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Track activity and pipeline progress within CRM systems
• Achieve sales goals and performance objectives

• Sales, retail, hospitality, customer-facing, or related experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable speaking with new people and developing business opportunities
• Competitive, coachable, and self-motivated mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Desire to build a long-term career with strong earning potential
• Demonstrated leadership, initiative, or achievement in work, athletics, academics, or other performance-based environments

• Former collegiate athletes, coaches, trainers, or team leaders
• Retail or restaurant managers
• Servers, bartenders, valet attendants, or other tip-based roles
• Door-to-door, canvassing, or commission-based sales experience
• SDR, BDR, Account Executive, or customer-facing sales experience
• Entry-level sales professionals from payroll, logistics, freight, telecommunications, staffing, pharmaceutical, or business services industries
• Candidates who worked while attending school or balanced multiple responsibilities

• Experience with prospecting, lead generation, cold calling, or business development
• Experience working in commission-based or goal-oriented environments
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Track record of achieving goals, earning recognition, or exceeding expectations

• $56,000 base salary plus uncapped commission
