Our Sales Consultants learn all products, sell homes and secure contracts. It’s a tough job, but it’s the right job if you want to work hard, are coachable and not afraid to work weekends and some holidays. The role also includes following up with prospective customers, maintaining the sales database, presenting products to customers and researching the area competition.

You must have a proven track record of two (2) years of sales experience; new home sales experience preferred. The ability to provide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills – both one‑on‑one and in front of large groups, is a must. A valid driver’s license is required.
