Benefits Account Manager – San Antonio, TX

At HUB International, a leading insurance brokerage, we are seeking a Benefits Account Manager to join our Employee Benefits Insurance team. The role focuses on serving benefits clients, including client companies and their employees, delivering a client experience that meets our agency’s quality and service standards.

This position is located in downtown San Antonio, TX. After onboarding, a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote) is available.

• Lead pre‑renewal, renewal, and enrollment processes for employee benefit plans.
• Serve as a resource for clients on daily service needs, market conditions, and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with account managers, executives, coordinators, analysts, and consultants to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain client relationships and support continuous business growth.

• 3+ years of employee benefits experience, including group medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and ancillary products.
• Experience with self‑funded plans is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in computer software applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Adobe.
• Experience with Benefit Point Image Right is helpful.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is helpful.
• Texas General Lines Life & Health insurance license, to be obtained within sixty days of employment and maintained throughout employment.
