We’re seeking an accomplished sales leader to join our team as National Account Director – On-Premise
. In this high-visibility role, you’ll spearhead growth across major restaurant chains, hotel groups, entertainment venues, and hospitality partners nationwide. You’ll own strategic account management—building influential relationships, driving menu placements and brand programs, negotiating contracts, and aligning with distributors and internal teams to deliver executional excellence.
- 7–10+ years of progressive experience in the adult beverage industry
- Proven track record of growing national on-premise accounts
- Deep knowledge of the 3-tier system
- Strong existing relationships with hospitality decision-makers
- Exceptional leadership and negotiation skills
- Motivated to drive volume growth, expand partnerships, and elevate brand visibility in a fast-paced and innovative environment
