Proclinical is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join a team in the dermatology and pharmaceutical industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a collaborative mindset.

The successful candidate will play a key part in supporting sales operations by ensuring compliant processes, accurate reporting, and effective coordination across various business units.

• Strong ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
• Proficiency in using systems for data entry, reporting, and activity tracking.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage onboarding, territory updates, and employee transitions.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate maintenance of records and compliance with processes.

• Collaborate with teams across Legal, IT, Compliance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing to ensure compliant sample distribution processes and accurate KPI performance reporting.
• Serve as a key user of systems to enter, report, or track activities such as SFA Order Entry, Virtual Inventory, Hand Carry Samples, Medical Meetings and Events, and other sample fulfillment tracking systems.
• Track and manage onboarding, territory changes, and terminations for field sales employees across shared business units.
• Maintain accurate Rep Rosters for both internal and external reporting purposes.
