We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Switchgear Specialist to support our National Accounts team. This role will lead with switch gear quotations, assist with project coordination, technical support, and customer communication while working closely with our sales, project management, and manufacturing partners.

Reports to:

Profit Center Manager

• Minimum of 2 years in Switchgear quotations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Bachelor’s Degree

• Office environment and an occasional warehouse or job-site environment.
• Will be working in a sitting or standing position throughout the day.

• Provide outstanding customer service through communication skills and technical ability
• Review and plan specifications
• Follow up on proposals, projects, and customer issues
• Be a resource for coworker with regard to design and technical questions
• Be knowledgeable on new trends, products, regional differences, and obsoleting items
• Fill quotes and provide added value by identifying items to add or replace
