Hiley Buick GMC is seeking sales representatives to assist potential customers that visit Hiley through the web. Sales are on the rise and we need proven salespeople to serve our customers. You will be joining a dealership with an energetic sales team, a motivated executive team with resources to help you succeed, and a fantastic community reputation.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous automotive experience is NOT REQUIRED for this position, we provide all the training necessary to build a career in the automobile business. Computer proficiency is a must to help us serve the large volume of customers that engage the dealership via our website and email. Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of handling clients in a sales or customer service environment.
We are looking for someone who works hard, communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long term potential, not just a job.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to potential customer requests in a welcoming and timely manner.
- Create appointments and greet customers to begin the in-person sales process.
- Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
- Keep up to date on manufacturer and company training to be knowledgeable for clients.
- Comply with all State and Federal regulations regarding privacy and transparency standards.
- Maintain rapport with new and existing customers.
- Foster a customer-centric culture that prioritizes satisfaction.
- Embrace technology to streamline the customer experience.
- Available to work flexible hours and Saturdays.
- Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred.
- Ready to spend no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve.
- Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
- Generous compensation and commission plan, estimate $60,000 to $100,000.
