DescriptionWe are looking for highly motivated, friendly and outgoing professionals to join our team as an In-Home Sales Representative! Do you want to earn $150,000+ a year? - Four weeks of paid training plus certification – We will teach you how to evaluate a property and develop a repair plan for foundation repair. All you need is a valid driver's license, the desire to make money, and the desire to make a difference in people’s lives
- We will schedule pre-set, pre-qualified appointments for you. No cold calling; our customers call us!
- After completing the paid training, you will inspect homes that need foundation repair or related work.
- You will be paid bi-weekly with the opportunity to earn $150,000+ per year with uncapped commission
- At least 3 years of residential or in-home sales experience
- One call close experience
- Excellent verbal, customer service, and organizational skills
- Strong desire to succeed
- Must pass a pre-employment Drug test, have a favorable driving record and background
