Overview

  • Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors to promote business opportunities in the construction sector.
  • Focus on contract-based projects involving new building developments and pre-construction phases.

  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences to build professional connections.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
  • Engage with general contractors to secure contracts for new building projects.
  • Develop tailored proposals and presentations to address client needs.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and progress toward quotas.
  • Coordinate with project management teams to ensure seamless execution of contracts.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and contract negotiations.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular updates to management on business development activities.
  • Support marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Preferred 5 years of experience in contract-based sales within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of pre-construction and building development processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients effectively.
  • Proven ability to meet sales quotas and achieve bonus targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and on-site tasks.
