Overview

- Engage with general contractors to secure contracts for new building projects.
- Develop tailored proposals and presentations to address client needs.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and progress toward quotas.
- Coordinate with project management teams to ensure seamless execution of contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and contract negotiations.
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities.
- Provide regular updates to management on business development activities.
- Support marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Preferred 5 years of experience in contract-based sales within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of pre-construction and building development processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients effectively.
- Proven ability to meet sales quotas and achieve bonus targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and on-site tasks.
