You Will:- Develop and execute sales strategies that deliver revenue growth and exceed performance goals.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships through a consultative sales approach.

- Create customized proposals, estimates, and solutions that align with customer objectives.

We're seeking a motivated sales professional who thrives on winning business, building relationships, and creating value for customers.
- High School Diploma required;
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred. - Three or more years of successful B2B industrial sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- The ability to learn technical products and manufacturing processes.
- A self-driven, highly motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong organizational, planning, and computer skills.
- A passion for customer service and delivering results.
