Wine Sales Consultant, Premise

Job Overview

Johnson Brothers Liquor Company, located in Fort Worth, TX, is a family‑owned distributor of wine, spirits, and beer. We are looking for a Sales Representative to grow our On‑Premise customer base within the assigned territory. The role focuses on business‑to‑business sales, building relationships, and driving growth.

• Availability to work outside the 8‑5 schedule, including early evening hours and occasional weekend events.
• Ensure consistent customer contact and timely follow‑up.
• Plan and execute sales initiatives and deliver effective sales presentations.
• Handle all customer‑related issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a full understanding of products, promotions, and company programs.
• Use POS and other tools to enhance selling efforts.
• Acquire and nurture new and under‑served accounts, driving sales and meeting company objectives.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and complete necessary paperwork accurately and timely.

• Minimum of 2 years in a Sales Representative role or higher.
• BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined, goal‑oriented, and able to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with a wide range of buyer types.
• Availability to work outside regular business hours.
