What You'll Do
  • Create unforgettable experiences – Guide customers through one of the most exciting purchases of their lives with warmth, confidence, and expertise.
  • Build lasting relationships – Become a trusted jewelry consultant for your clients, helping them mark milestones for years to come.
  • Showcase exceptional collections – Work with top designers and an expansive inventory to match every customer's style and story.
  • Own your success – Manage your sales with care, precision, and pride—your results are in your hands.
  • Keep it polished – From the showroom to your communication, every detail reflects our commitment to excellence.
  • Drive results and innovation – Use your creativity and business acumen to generate appointments, build clientele, and consistently exceed goals.
  • Collaborate to close – Partner with vendors and designers, coordinating timelines and leveraging their expertise to deliver flawless experiences and close the deal.
What You Bring
  • 2–5 years of commission-based sales experience with a proven record of exceeding goals.
  • Proven results in driving sales, building client relationships, and generating business through outreach and clienteling.
  • Innovative and solutions-driven mindset —you find creative ways to overcome every challenge and exceed client expectations.
  • Experience in luxury sales, fine jewelry, or customer-focused retail (GIA certification a plus).
  • A passion for people and the ability to connect authentically.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Professional polish, attention to detail, and availability to work Saturdays (our busiest day).
