eosera is changing the way people think about ear care—and beyond. As one of the fastest‑growing consumer health companies in the U.S. and a four‑time Inc. 5000 honoree, we build science‑backed products that solve real problems. Our mission is big, our team is collaborative, and we’re scaling quickly. We’re seeking passionate, driven individuals who champion our core values:
Empowerment,
Collaboration, Bravery, and Positivity.
We’re hiring a Sales Project Manager to own the operational and execution backbone of our sales channels. You’ll build and manage the annual reset calendar, own the digital shelf, keep broker relationships tight and organized, and ensure every retailer touchpoint is ready on time and done right.
You’re the engine behind the curtain: organized, thorough, proactive, and fully invested in eosera’s success across all three sales channels (retail, eCommerce, and HCP).
This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing and collaborates closely with the marketing team and broker network.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain the annual reset calendar for all retail accounts (e.g., CVS, Walgreens, Walmart)
- Backdate timelines to ensure all deliverables: samples, decks, markdowns, promos, and performance data are ready ahead of pitch season
- Track reset windows by retailer, coordinate with brokers on timing, and manage all touchpoints through to final presentation
- Own all pre‑pitch preparation: coordinating samples, assembling pitch decks, tracking submission deadlines, and managing follow‑through
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the full broker network, keeping eosera top‑of‑mind through regular check‑ins with accountability and POS data
- Conduct regular check‑ins with brokers; bring point‑of‑sale data and keep them informed and accountable
- Own the retailer‑facing digital shelf across all accounts: ensuring correct, consistent product content is syndicated through Syndigo and other platforms
- Coordinate with marketing to ensure imagery, copy, and product details are current and compliant
- Prepare and maintain pitch decks, one‑pagers, competitive snapshots, and launch sheets for quarterly buyer meetings and line reviews
- Pull relevant sales performance data from Nielsen and POS dashboards to support pitch narratives
- Ensure all materials are accurate, brand‑compliant, and retailer‑ready — you’re not the designer, but you own the content and version control
- Set up new items in retailer portals, Net Suite, and EDI; manage all required retailer paperwork and compliance documentation
- Manage SKU assortments by retailer; track what’s in, what’s out, and what’s being pitched
- While retail is your primary ownership, maintain awareness of eCommerce and HCP channel activity
- Share tools, data, and insights across channels to support a cohesive eosera sales strategy for a focused portfolio of under 40 SKUs
- 5+ years in retail sales, trade marketing, broker sales, or sales support — ideally from an emerging CPG brand, broker, or retail environment (not looking for big‑company‑only backgrounds)
- Hands‑on ownership mentality.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience managing broker or distributor relationships.
- Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets; comfortable learning new systems.
- Polished, professional communication, written and verbal.
- Scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset: you thrive in a small, growing company where there is no playbook.
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Analytics, or Marketing preferred)
- Familiarity with syndicated data platforms (Nielsen or IRI)
- Experience with Syndigo or similar content syndication platforms
- Background in CPG, consumer health, OTC, or regulated products
- Amazon Seller Central & Brand Registry experience
- Experience with Hub Spot CRM
- Relentlessly optimistic and solutions‑oriented—you bring positive energy and are fun to work with
- Self‑directed and proactive—you don’t wait to be told what to do
- Comfortable with ambiguity—excited by the pace of a growing company and able to move work forward…
