At 1836 Logistics, we're looking for a driven, experienced, and dynamic Logistics Sales Specialist to become a key player on our team. If you're passionate about forging lasting relationships, negotiating profitable deals, and driving growth in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Logistics Sales Specialist, you’ll leverage your expertise to grow your portfolio in a highly competitive market while enjoying the freedom to make a significant impact on the company's success. You will have the opportunity to focus on General Freight (Van, Flatbed, Reefer), as well as additional solutions like LTL, Sprinter Vans, Box Trucks, Hazmat, and Over-Dimensional shipments.

Requirements:
  • Preferably reside in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex
  • This is an on-site position based in Fort Worth, Texas
  • Minimum 2 years of freight brokerage, logistics, transportation, or 3PL sales experience
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience managing customer accounts and developing new business opportunities

  • Relationship Builder:
    Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with both customers and carriers.

  • Tech-Savvy & Organized:
    Strong computer skills, excellent multitasking abilities, and familiarity with freight management software.
  • Self-Starter:
    Motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
