Who Will Thrive in This Role:

  • The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness and genuinely motivated by helping others achieve their personal goals.
  • They are energized by the opportunity for professional growth and financial upside—not interested in staying in their comfort zone.
  • This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment where expectations are clearly set, and every team member is empowered to make an impact.
  • They are a natural problem-solver who can think on their feet to persuade people to drive decisions and improve outcomes.
  • A self-starter with a sharp eye for operational inefficiencies, they enjoy refining systems, elevating team performance, and bringing structure to dynamic situations.
  • They excel at holding themselves and others accountable while creating a positive, motivating culture.
  • If you love leading with purpose, thrive on continuous improvement, and take pride in building something great—this is the role for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Support daily facility operations and ensure smooth execution of appointment scheduling and sales processes
  • Build relationships with schools and sports organizations, as well as local businesses
  • Collaborate with the coaching team to maximize lead conversion, session quality, and member satisfaction
  • Track KPIs, member engagement, and team accountability — from trial to training renewal
  • Help coordinate events, clinics, team training, and community engagement opportunities
  • Assist the GM in strategic planning and execution across all departments

Who You Are:

  • You've got experience in fitness, coaching, sales, or team leadership (bonus if all three)
  • You know how to problem-solve, prioritize, and lead by example
  • You're organized, numbers-driven, and comfortable using systems to manage people and performance
  • You're passionate about helping others win — both team and clients
  • You want more than a job — you want a career with purpose and potential

Minimum Qualifications (Required):

  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing management role (fitness, hospitality, or similar consumer business)
  • Must live an active, healthy lifestyle (This is an athletic performance gym)
  • Demonstrated ability to persuade leads, manage schedules, and oversee daily operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales experience and familiarity with membership-based business models
  • Experience with local marketing, event planning, or community partnerships
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, point-of-sale systems, and basic administrative platforms (e.g., Google Workspace)
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a gym, studio, or service-oriented franchise
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a team setting
  • Ability to bring sales staff with you!
  • Familiarity with gym management platforms (e.g., Mindbody, Teambuildr, Gym Sales, Gym Desk, etc.)
  • Background in coaching, personal training, or sports performance
  • Bachelor's degree in business, kinesiology, exercise science, or related field
