- Partner Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners, aligning their capabilities with Cisco's strategic objectives.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying joint business opportunities and developing strategies to capitalize on them.
- Strategic Alignment: Ensure alignment between Cisco's sales teams and partner strategies to maximize market impact and profitability.
- Collaboration: Work hand‑in‑hand with Cisco Sales teams to align strategies and drive mutual success with our partners.
- Growth Catalyst: Spearhead initiatives that boost Cisco's revenue and profitability, ensuring our partners are equipped to thrive.
- On‑Site Engagement: Be the face of Cisco at partner offices, fostering strong relationships through regular on‑site visits and engagements.
- Innovative Solutions: Leverage Cisco's cutting‑edge technologies to deliver unparalleled value and support to our partners.
- Must be able to commute to the local partner office at least 2–3 days a week and for occasional after‑hours events.
- Proven experience in sales and business development, particularly in a partner‑focused environment with a strong understanding of Cisco's products and services, and the ability to align these with partner needs.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills to engage partners and internal teams, rapidly establishing credibility and gaining confidence across Cisco.
- Flexibility, positivity, and creativity in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with a high level of passion and energy for achieving excellence.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth and enhance partner relationships.
- Analytical skills to assess market trends and partner performance, ensuring alignment with Cisco's strategic objectives.
Starting salary range: $ – $ (U.S. and/or Canada). Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance; 401(k) with Cisco matching; paid parental leave; short and long‑term disability; basic life insurance; and eligibility for Cisco restricted stock units. Employees may also receive annual bonuses and sales incentive pay on top of base salary.
- 10 paid holidays per full calendar year, plus one floating holiday for non‑exempt employees.
- 1 paid day off for employee’s birthday, year‑end holiday shutdown, and 4 paid days off for personal wellness.
- Non‑exempt employees receive 16 days of paid vacation per full calendar year; exempt employees have a flexible vacation program.
- 80 hours of sick time off provided on hire date and each January 1st thereafter, with unused time carried forward.
- Optional 10 paid days per full calendar year to volunteer.
- For quota‑based sales roles, incentive pay structures include tiered percentages of incentive target based on revenue attainment.
- Non‑quota incentives, such as strategic sales objectives, may yield 0% up to 125% of target.
