Job Title: Food & Beverage Outside Sales Representative

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Field Sales & In-Office | Not Remote)

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $55,000–$65,000 annually (DOE)
  • Commission available

Position Overview

Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a motivated Food & Beverage Outside Sales Representative to develop new business and manage customer relationships throughout the Fort Worth market. This hybrid role combines field sales with in-office collaboration and is ideal for professionals with food and beverage industry experience who are passionate about building relationships, growing accounts, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a sales territory throughout the Fort Worth/DFW market.
  • Generate new business through prospecting and cold calling (approximately 70% hunting / 30% account management).
  • Build relationships with restaurant owners, chefs, general managers, and other decision-makers.
  • Maintain and grow existing customer accounts while identifying new revenue opportunities.
  • Manage customer inquiries, invoicing, and collections.
  • Meet sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
  • Minimum one (1) year of food and beverage industry experience required.
  • Outside sales, business development, or account management experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the Fort Worth market.
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
