Compensation:
- Base Salary: $55,000–$65,000 annually (DOE)
- Commission available
- Mileage & Cell Phone Reimbursement

Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a motivated Food & Beverage Outside Sales Representative to develop new business and manage customer relationships throughout the Fort Worth market. This hybrid role combines field sales with in-office collaboration and is ideal for professionals with food and beverage industry experience who are passionate about building relationships, growing accounts, and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage a sales territory throughout the Fort Worth/DFW market.
- Generate new business through prospecting and cold calling (approximately 70% hunting / 30% account management).
- Build relationships with restaurant owners, chefs, general managers, and other decision-makers.
- Maintain and grow existing customer accounts while identifying new revenue opportunities.
- Manage customer inquiries, invoicing, and collections.
- Meet sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Minimum one (1) year of food and beverage industry experience required.
- Outside sales, business development, or account management experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
- Strong communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the Fort Worth market.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
