Your responsibilities will include:

• Understanding customer requests and conducting competent sales conversations
• Providing skills for individual consultation and for the targeted presentation of suitable products.
• Completing the store's offerings with online services
• Integrating digital offers to enhance the shopping experience and connect physical and online retail.
• Participating in the creative design of sales areas
• Insight into appealing product presentation and the design of customer-oriented space concepts.
• Deployment in various sales areas of the store
• Acquisition of comprehensive knowledge through rotations in different departments and specialty areas.
• Participation in training sessions and feedback discussions
• Promotion of professional skills and personal development through practical training and regular feedback.

What we are looking for:

• On the way to a good school diploma – ideally the middle school diploma or the (vocational) Abitur
• A positive appearance, openness and a real team player
• Enthusiasm for current trends, as well as passion for fashion and lifestyle
• Interest in the exciting world of retail and the desire to actively shape it
