Eco Paving is seeking a motivated and professional Field Sales Representative to support continued growth across Texas, with a primary focus in and around the Dallas–Fort Worth and Austin metro areas.

This is an entry-level, full-time sales role designed for individuals who are energized by working in the field, speaking with homeowners, and creating new opportunities. The Field Sales Representative is responsible for prospecting in assigned territories, generating interest in Eco Paving’s products and services, and booking qualified appointments for the Sales Account Executive team.

This role is a key part of Eco Paving’s direct sales model. In most cases, the Field Sales Representative is the first point of contact with the homeowner. Success in this role comes from creating strong first impressions, communicating clearly, identifying interest, and setting high-quality appointments for the closer to attend.

While the role is primarily field-based, it may also include support through trade shows, outbound calling, follow‑up activity, local area marketing, and other lead generation initiatives as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect in assigned residential territories throughout Texas, with a primary focus in and around the Dallas–Fort Worth and Austin metro areas
  • Introduce homeowners to Eco Paving’s products and services through direct, professional conversation
  • Generate interest and book qualified appointments for the assigned Sales Account Executive
  • Represent the company positively in the field and communicate the value of Eco Paving clearly
  • Accurately collect lead information and maintain clean activity tracking within the CRM
  • Coordinate closely with the Sales Account Executive to support appointment quality and territory performance
  • Participate in trade shows, community events, outbound calling, and follow‑up activity when required
  • Apply feedback, coaching, and direction from leadership to improve consistency and performance
  • Maintain professionalism, strong work ethic, and accountability in day-to-day execution

Qualifications
  • Sales, customer service, hospitality, events, canvassing, promotions, or other people-facing experience is an asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable initiating conversations and working in a field-based environment
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn
  • Organized, dependable, and coachable
  • Comfortable working outdoors and engaging directly with homeowners
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle is an asset
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
