Business Intermediary / M&A Associate

We are seeking a Business Intermediary / M&A Associate to work in our Dallas office. The position involves working closely with business owners and potential buyers to facilitate the buying and selling process while building long‑term relationships and expanding our client base.

Job Responsibilities
  • Meet with business owners to list their businesses.
  • Network with professional service firms.
  • Conduct buyer/seller meetings.
  • Facilitate the entire business transfer process.
  • Participate in on‑go​ing training.

    Managing Directors are compensated on a commission basis; the commission split is based on experience and deal flow.
