is hiring a high-performing Outside Sales Representative to run qualified appointments, help homeowners solve drainage and gutter problems, and close profitable work in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

We are looking for someone who can build trust quickly, communicate clearly, and ask for the sale without acting weird about money.

• Run scheduled estimate appointments with homeowners
• Inspect homes and recommend the right solution
• Quote gutter installation, gutter guards, repairs, and cleaning
• Follow company sales process and pricing structure
• Submit clean, accurate paperwork and job details
• Follow up on open estimatesli>
• Self-generate opportunities when possible through neighborhood networking, referrals, and canvassing

• Outside sales or in-home sales experience preferred
• Home services experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Comfortable working evenings and some Saturdays
• Coachable, accountable, and organized
• Able to use a CRM, phone, and basic technology without melting down
