• Understand market trends, customer behaviours and needs, and the competitor landscape
• Conduct fieldwork, interviews, and other research as necessary to generate insights
• Identify opportunities and potential for growth and expansion
• Participate in sales calls, customer meetings, and product demonstrations
• Manage existing customers and achieve sales targets of assigned territories
• Under supervision, plan and develop the market to acquire new customers
• Assist with sales reporting and related activities

• On‑the‑job as well as classroom product and other essential training to build technical competency and soft skills
• A monthly stipend throughout the program and a bonus, subject to good performance

• Fresh graduates or up to 2 years post‑graduates who have pursued degrees in Pharmacy, Nursing, Biology, Biomedical, or other Life Sciences disciplines. Priority will be given to students based in these regions as no relocation is offered.

• Strong communication skills, self‑driven, eager to learn, curious, and resilient
• Excited to work in a customer‑facing, dynamic, fast‑paced environment
