Overview

We are recruiting a Sales Director to drive new business growth for a leading provider of energy‑saving refrigeration retrofit solutions serving the grocery industry. This is a true hunter role focused on prospecting, developing strategic customer relationships, and managing complex, solution‑based sales cycles.

Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and relationship development
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through close
  • Sell technical, capital equipment solutions to grocery and retail customers
  • Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Maintain CRM activity, forecasts, and pipeline reporting
  • Represent the company at customer meetings and industry events
  • Partner with leadership to execute strategic sales initiatives
Requirements
  • Proven outside sales experience with a strong hunter mentality
  • Experience selling into the grocery, commercial refrigeration, or energy efficiency markets preferred
  • Experience selling technical or capital equipment with long sales cycles
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
  • Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently
  • CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Compensation

Compensation:
$90,000 per year
