Are you a relationship-driven sales professional who thrives on building partnerships within the design community? Do you understand how to influence, educate, and inspire designers, dealers, and builders to champion a product?
We are hiring for a Territory Sales Manager to represent a premium, design-forward kitchen product brand known for innovation and excellence in the residential space. This role is ideal for someone who brings both strategic thinking and hands‑on execution; someone who can open doors, grow accounts, and become a trusted partner within the kitchen and bath ecosystem.
You’ll take ownership of a high‑potential Texas territory, working closely with kitchen design firms, plumbing showrooms, appliance retailers, and builders to expand market presence and drive sales performance.
What You’ll Do- Identify, prospect, and onboard new dealer partners across kitchen design firms, plumbing showrooms, appliance retailers, builders, and specifiers
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan aligned with company growth goals
- Evaluate new channels and opportunities that align with the brand’s positioning and go‑to‑market strategy
- Build strong, lasting relationships with key dealers and design professionals
- Deliver compelling sales presentations to onboard and activate new partners
- Conduct showroom trainings, owner meetings, and networking events to drive product awareness and sell‑through
- Serve as a trusted resource to dealers, helping them confidently specify and sell the product line
- Gather and share insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity
- Analyze dealer performance, sales data, and territory metrics to identify growth opportunities
- Contribute to broader sales strategy discussions, offering recommendations to improve distribution and performance
- Represent the company with professionalism and a high standard of excellence in all interactions
- Attend and participate in local and national trade shows and industry events
- Act as a brand ambassador within the residential design and building community
- 5+ years of proven success in outside sales, territory management, or business development (experience in kitchen & bath, appliances, plumbing, or design industry strongly preferred)
- Strong network or ability to quickly build relationships within the A&D and dealer community
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into action
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a field‑based role
- Willingness to travel 35–45% across the territory
- You’re consultative, not transactional—you build trust and long‑term partnerships
- You’re equally comfortable presenting in a showroom, meeting a builder on‑site, or networking at an industry event
- You take ownership of your territory like it’s your own business
- You’re energized by growth, both yours and the company’s
