Your Impact: We are seeking a motivated Account Executive to grow our territory, generate new business, and manage accounts within the Law Enforcement sector. This is a rewarding sales opportunity for a top performer skilled in new business development and account retention.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Develop and execute regional sales plans, including prospecting, lead generation, and field engagement to meet or exceed targets.
  • Identify decision makers and initiate the sales process.
  • Provide product demos via phone and web conferencing.
  • Articulate the vision and value of KOLOGIK solutions.
  • Maintain and expand CRM with prospects and contacts.
  • Manage inbound and outbound accounts.
  • Participate in training, meetings, and professional development.
  • Report on sales targets, market situation, and participate in industry events.
  • Handle sales orders, discuss credit terms, quote prices, and promote product features.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in Hub Spot CRM.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Willing and able to travel 50-70%.
  • 2-8 years of sales experience, including at least 1 year in customer-facing SaaS/Cloud sales.
  • CRM experience, preferably with Hub Spot.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organization and presentation skills.
