Location:
Fort Worth, TX | In-Office Monday–Thursday, Home on Friday THE ROLE
- Visit clients daily and grow an inherited $1.5M–$2M book of business
- Generate 2+ new business opportunities each week
- Be the main point of contact between clients and the recruiting team
- Staffing agency sales experience (required — this is non-negotiable)
- Stable work history with no frequent job changes
- Ability to be in-office downtown Fort Worth, Monday–Thursday, Home Friday
- 100% company-paid health insurance + $500/month car allowance + $100/month phone
- 15 days PTO (grows to 30) + 2-week paid sabbatical at year 5
- Clear path to Branch Manager as we expand to Houston, Atlanta, and Nashville
