What You’ll Do:
  • Hunt for new business
    . Expand your network, generate leads, and build strong customer relationships through cold calls, on‑site visits, referrals, and industry events
  • Close the deal
    . Own the sales cycle from start to finish—lead generation, negotiations, closing, and account management.
  • Hit your targets
    . Utilize consultative sales techniques to meet and exceed revenue and profit goals
  • Work cross‑functionally
    . Partner with leadership, pricing, procurement, project managers, operations, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Stay organized
    . Keep detailed records of sales efforts in our CRM, participate in training, and attend company meetings
  • Get out there
    . Travel 50‑65% within your territory to meet clients, assess their needs, and deliver winning proposals.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree & 2+ years of B2B sales experience OR 5+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Experience in Building Materials, Metals, Construction, or Architectural Services preferred
  • Ability to read and comprehend contracts, blueprints, and construction drawings preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM systems
  • Comfortable walking long distances and lifting items (25‑50 lbs.) when needed.
