You’ll utilize your roofing sales experience to generate business, manage restoration projects, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while developing the skills needed to move into leadership.

• Lead from the front by generating business and setting the pace in the field
• Build and maintain relationships with homeowners throughout the restoration process
• Oversee roofing and restoration projects while ensuring quality production and customer satisfaction
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and developing future sales representatives
• Coach and mentor team members through ride‑alongs, field training, and daily support
• Help drive team performance, accountability, and market growth
• Learn leadership systems and management strategies directly from experienced company leaders
• Develop the skills necessary to transition into a Team Lead or Market Leader role

• Minimum 1 year of roofing sales experience required
• Proven ability to generate sales and manage customer relationships
• Strong understanding of roofing, restoration, and insurance claim processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self‑motivated, competitive, and goal‑oriented
• Leadership potential and a desire for career advancement
• Valid driver's license required
• Pickup truck required (or ability to obtain one within 60 days)
• Willingness to relocate to Dallas, Texas for the required 180‑day training program

• Base Pay + Uncapped Commission during training
