Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate – Fort Worth, TX – Full Time

• Base pay up to $24.00 per hour plus commissions and incentives, with an un‑capped commission structure.

• Deliver an ideal customer experience for each customer every day.
• Assist new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educate customers on all Verizon products and services offered.
• Achieve sales production that meets or exceeds company and location standards.
• Solve all customer situations in accordance with training to fully satisfy customers’ needs.
• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with assigned tasks.
• Complete all required training as directed by Your Wireless and Verizon Wireless.
• Serve as a model of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.
• Develop professional skills to take on additional responsibilities leading to career advancement.

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar retail role, preferably with Verizon Wireless or another wireless business.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer‑service roles.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology, and customer service.
• Ability to travel to various locations in the assigned district as business needs dictate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated and goal oriented.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US.
• Will be willing to submit to a background check.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
